Belkin Connect Pro Keyboard Case with Magnetic Stand for iPad A16 2025 | Doramode Digital

Hello everyone! Ceddy here, and welcome to another post. For today’s content, I’ll be sharing my review of the Belkin Magnetic Keyboard for the iPad A16.

Travel Friendly?

Here we go again, the ecosystem..

I own a MacBook for advanced editing. Even though it’s a MacBook Air, it’s still not very travel-friendly. That’s why I decided to purchase an iPad so I can edit content on the go. However, writing a review directly on the iPad can be a bit cumbersome, so a separate keyboard was definitely needed. That’s when I decided to buy the Belkin Magnetic Keyboard with Folio/Cover.

As I’m writing this, I’m actually typing on the magnetic keyboard itself. The brand I purchased is Belkin, and the model is the Connect Pro Keyboard Case with Magnetic Stand. Ideally, this keyboard is designed for the iPad 10th generation, but with the release of the new iPad A16, it turned out to be compatible as well.

ASMR and ooh satisfying click!

Typing on this keyboard is very satisfying. Belkin uses a Scissor-Switch mechanism, which provides a crisp and tactile feel similar to laptop keyboards.

Since I wear glasses and often rely on my computer’s backlit keyboard, I was glad to find that this keyboard also has a backlit Bluetooth keyboard feature. It even comes with auto wake and sleep functions, which is a nice bonus.

Before buying this product, I read several reviews. One common point I noticed was that people said it’s slim—and yes, it really is slim!

…and its portable :)

I also noticed that the keyboard includes several function keys. Personally, I don’t use them much, but for those who do, they can be very useful. The keyboard has a 600 mAh battery. I’m not exactly sure how long it lasts, but I assume it should hold up quite well. The good thing is, since it’s Bluetooth, it doesn’t drain your iPad’s battery at all.

So, do I recommend this product? Yes! If you don’t have a laptop and want to invest in an iPad—or if you already have an iPad and are on a budget, this is the best accessory you can get as an alternative to the Logitech Combo Touch lineup.

Thanks for reading my content, and see you again!
